The Process
Fascia and soffit spraying follows the same professional process as window spraying:
- Clean and degrease all surfaces to remove dirt, algae, and oxidation
- Light abrasion to create a mechanical key for the primer
- Apply bonding primer formulated for exterior UPVC
- Two coats of UV-stable polyurethane topcoat by airless spray
The only difference is access. Ground floor fascias can be reached from ladders, but first and second floor roofline work usually requires a scaffold tower. We include all access equipment in our quotation.
