Cladding Spraying for Warehouses and Distribution Centres in Hampshire
On-site cladding spraying for warehouses and distribution centres in Hampshire. Restore faded elevations, treat cut-edge corrosion, and avoid the cost and downtime of re-cladding.
Restore Large Warehouse Elevations Without Closing the Site
Warehouses and distribution centres carry some of the largest cladding elevations of any building type, and years of weather and UV leave them faded, chalky, and streaked. On-site cladding spraying brings those elevations back to life in place, at a fraction of the cost of stripping and replacing panels.
Why Spraying Suits Logistics and Storage Buildings
- Vast elevations make full re-cladding extremely expensive
- Work is phased by elevation so loading and operations continue
- No waste stream from removed panels and no long shutdown
- Cut-edge corrosion is treated as part of the job, not left to spread
The Cut-Edge Corrosion Problem
Profiled metal cladding on industrial buildings is especially prone to rust creeping back from cut edges. Left untreated it lifts and stains the panels and eventually forces replacement. We treat it as standard during preparation — see our guide to cut-edge corrosion treatment for the detail.
Our Process on Large Elevations
We survey panel condition, fixings, and corrosion, then pressure-clean and decontaminate the elevation. Corrosion hot spots are treated, glazing and roofing masked, and specialist primers applied before sprayed topcoats go on in controlled passes from scaffold, MEWPs, or rope access. Every project ends with a coverage and colour-consistency check.
What It Costs
Cladding is priced per square metre plus condition, access, and corrosion treatment, with indicative rates from around £15 per square metre. Our cladding costs vs replacement guide explains how the numbers compare to re-cladding.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you spray cladding while the warehouse stays operational?
Yes. We phase the work elevation by elevation and plan access around loading bays and yard movements so the site keeps running throughout.
How long does a large warehouse elevation take?
It depends on area, height, and access, but work is sequenced so completed elevations are handed back while the next is in progress. We confirm a programme after survey.
Is sprayed cladding as durable as new panels?
A correctly specified and applied coating system gives many years of protection and is backed by a written guarantee on qualifying projects, at a fraction of the cost of replacement.
Need On-Site Cladding Respray?
